Shipping costs are calculated using a UPS rate generator based on weight, destination, and shipping method.  Your product may be shipped using an alternative carrier such as Fed-Ex or the USPS, but it's shipping method will remain as requested.  A tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped.  Please, contact us for shipping outside the United States.   

      We offer free shipping on selected products.  These products ship directly from Hong Kong to save the cost of warehousing and handling locally.  Please allow 7 to 20 working days for shipping.

Note: To provide you with a larger variety of products several different distributors are used.  Each has different shipping rates.  To avoid using the most expensive rate to cover all distributors we've gone with the least expensive shipping for each product.
